50% stay deposit is due upon booking to hold dates and remaining 50% due 30 days prior to check-in. $300 refundable cleaning/security deposit (cash/check only) payable upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy: All bookings cancelled up to 30 days prior are fully refundable (less expenses), within 30 days refundable if booked by another.
